Somatic Massage

Service Description

Somatic Massage has many different faces. Here at Rivers Functional Wellness, our Somatic massage consists of a whole body massage in order to find energetic blockages within the muscular structure and to navigate them one by one to restore a natural flow. Techniques used will range from light touch, nerve stimulation, and deep tissue (though it will never be a full deep tissue session). During the first part of the session, there will be a 10-15 minute talk therapy session in order to begin the releasing process. This is a phenomenal treatment for those ready to move forward in life.
